BIO:
Aarne Lehti is a Finnish actor with exceptional range across screen and stage, recognised for bringing equal depth to comedy, horror, drama, and character roles. With a highly expressive presence, Aarne moves seamlessly between period and contemporary work, and is cast across male, non-binary, and transfeminine roles.
Screen credits include Sophie Hyde's Jimpa (2025), the Canneseries Award-winning dramedy Money Shot (2024), and the drama series Räjähdysherkkä, alongside leading roles in independent film. On stage, Aarne portrayed Herod Antipas in Easter Play Helsinki (2026). Upcoming projects include a feature film in post-production, a lead role in a short film, and a period feature currently in development.
Aarne trained in classical and contemporary acting at Laajasalo College, with further study at the Theatre Academy Helsinki. They are also a singer and accomplished improviser, performing fluently in Finnish and English, with working proficiency in Swedish. Beyond performance, Aarne is an experienced rock climber and carpenter, bringing confidence to physically demanding roles and practical work on set.
