Adolf El Assal

Adolf El Assal is an Egyptian-Luxembourgish filmmaker and producer known for blending humor with serious themes. His feature film Sawah follows a DJ who loses his identity and ends up in an unfamiliar country. He has received international festival recognition for his distinctive, versatile approach to filmmaking. After completing an MA in Filmmaking in 2008.

XAVIER BAEYENS

DIRECTOR 

Xavier Baeyens (1978) is a Belgian filmmaker and photographer based in Germany. He studied Directing at the Met Film School Berlin and works as a freelance filmmaker and visual artist. After several short films, he is currently developing his debut feature, an untitled noir thriller, and collaborating with director Benjamin Rider on the UK anthology film Blood and Bones.
