Caprice Crawford is the Founder and Managing Director of Crawford Talents, an international actors management agency with offices in Berlin and London.
Alongside her work as an agent, Caprice has built an extensive career as an actress, appearing in productions such as Maxton Hall, Nash Bridges, Malcolm & Eddie, Dengler (2015–2021), Bad Influencer (2025), and numerous projects for major platforms including Netflix and Apple TV+. She trained at the renowned William Esper Studio in New York, where she studied the Meisner Technique.
Her passion for storytelling soon expanded beyond acting and into the creative and production side of the industry. Caprice became a sought-after photographer, recognized for capturing compelling headshots of both emerging and established talent, before transitioning into producing and talent development with a strong focus on international collaboration.
As a producer, she was involved in the award-winning feature film Limbo, starring Wilfried Hochholdinger, which was selected for Cannes. She also produced the Making Of documentary for The Boxer (Zeitsprung Pictures) and served as a consultant on Simon Verhoeven’s Girl You Know It’s True.
Her most recent production, Bitten Soon, directed by Lauand Omar, screened at the Fantastic Pavilion in Cannes as part of the Vertical Selection. She is currently developing and producing several international film and television projects under NDA.
Since founding Crawford Talents in 2016, Caprice has represented a diverse roster of actors working across Europe, the United Kingdom, and North America. With a keen eye for discovering talent and a deep commitment to storytelling, she continues to build bridges between continents, cultures, and creative communities.
In addition to her film and television work, Caprice has appeared in numerous international advertising campaigns for leading global brands, including Nivea, Avon, Eucerin, and many others.
